I think this song is base in just possitive things. It is like telling sad things that sometimes happen to us, but not to make us feel bad, instead to make us reliaze that does hard momments of sadness are the experience that help us to keep going and stand up even that we don’t feel like it. Those hard experience help us to be better people and give us hope that if we could survived before to those experience we can do it now or when ever they come.
