Two of my favorite Mexican meals are tamales and pozole.These meals are just delicious. To me the best person to cook these meals is my grandma. These meals are pozole and tamales. My family mostly cooks this kind of food in especial occasions, like Christmas or in the birthday of someone. Tamales are made of corn dough and inside of it contain chicken meat with red or green mole. Its flavor is amazing it is kind of spicy. I like to add to it some hot salsa on it. Pozole is a stew with hominy and chicken and pork meat. The best time to eat a pozole is in time of winter because is a hot spicy stew. I like to combined with a cold drink doesn’t matter the flavor.
